Sanocare Pulse is the Sanocare patient app for Android. Book a teleconsultation or a medic-at-home visit, open your prescriptions and lab reports, keep track of your vitals, and manage your family's health — all from one phone.

Installing Pulse on Android
Pulse is downloaded directly from sanocare.in rather than from an app store, so Android asks for one extra confirmation along the way.

Tap Download the app
Your phone saves a file named sanocare-pulse-latest.apk. If your browser asks you to confirm the download, confirm it.

Open the file
Tap the download notification, or open the file from your Downloads folder.

Allow the install, if asked
Android asks before a browser can install an app. Tap Settings, switch on “Allow from this source”, then go back. You can switch it off again afterwards.

Tap Install
Open Sanocare Pulse and sign in with your mobile number. We send a one-time code on WhatsApp.
Pulse is not on Google Play yet, which is why Android shows these prompts. It needs Android 8.0 or later.

Book from your phone
Book a teleconsultation or a medic-at-home visit in the app and pay the advance to confirm. Home visits and lab tests are booked at sanocare.in.
Doctor on live video
Your MBBS doctor joins on a live video call. The join link arrives on WhatsApp and opens in your phone's browser — no separate video app to install.
Signed e-prescription
Issued under MoHFW Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020. Opens as a PDF from your records in the app.
Family profiles
Add up to 8 family members on one phone. Mum, dad, kids, in-laws — switch profiles in a tap and book on their behalf.

Pulse is the patient layer of the same platform Sanocare's doctors and medics use to deliver care. Every booking, every prescription and every lab report flows into your Pulse record automatically. Six months from now you'll be able to show your specialist a clean, chronological view of your health — without rummaging through WhatsApp.

Right-to-portability is built in. Request your full record any time and receive it within 30 days as required by law.
